Ask each person to name one burden someone else may be carrying. Listen without immediately trying to solve it.誰かが担っているかもしれない重荷を、一人ひとつ挙げます。すぐに解決しようとせず、まず耳を傾けます。

Replace “Let me know if you need help” with one clear, bounded offer of time, skill, or presence.「必要なら言ってね」ではなく、時間、技術、共にいることの中から、具体的で無理のない一つを差し出します。
Repair together一緒に修復する
Choose one shared object, space, or relationship that needs care. Restore it side by side rather than assigning blame.手入れが必要な物、場所、関係を一つ選びます。責任を押しつけるのではなく、並んで修復します。
